Thanks you Wednesday my serviceman Lou and the regional man came and the furnance is now working correctly...the first time in almost a year. It is finally working as it is set. Lou is coming back next week to finish up. Lou has been wonderful the entire time...he has tried many things but 2 heads are better than one. Thank you again.
